I first heard Staind on local rock station and the first song I heard by Staind was "Its Been Awhile ".
I love there music , many of there songs have helped me through many storms in my life .

The band formed in 1995 with Aaron Lewis on vocals, Johnny April on bass, Mike Mushok on guitar, and Jon Wysocki on drums.
