A Leeman Healthier Then Me Update / Leeman's Song Of The Week

So this week I am combining My healthier me update and y song of the week , because there is not much to update on my health.

So starting with my health update , I did not gain or lose any weight in the past 2 weeks , frustrating but I have solutions to step up my game .
I recently got DDP YOGA , I have been doing push ups , squats, and sit ups at home to add to my exercise , an I will be going for walks.
So thats my update on my health , hoping to update you guys in two weeks that I am under 300 pounds.

This week's song is from one of my favorite rap groups Twiztid !

I started listening to Twiztid in 2004 during my freshmen year of high school , Twiztid's music made feel accepted,  an that I could be me .
First song I heard from Twiztid was We Don't Die , It was different but that's what made me fall in love with Twiztid's music . Here is a little bio on Twiztid !:
